HARBOR PSYCHOLOGICAL ASSOCIATES is located in a beautifully restored 1909 house, centrally located in the downtown Muskegon historic district. It is a pleasant and comfortable setting. The building is a beige stucco four story house that has a colorful history.

The story of our historic building began in 1909 when Mary Todd Larwill of Muskegon, Michigan commissioned Frank Lloyd Wright to design a home for her. He took on the project and our building is cited in a book listing Mr. Wright's works. However, when we contacted the Frank Lloyd Wright Foundation for verification, we were told he did not design our building because "1909 was not a good year for Mr. Wright." Apparently, 1909 was the year Frank Lloyd Wright left the country to live in France with the wife of one of his clients. Our house then was designed by one of the associates who took over Mr. Wright's projects.
