Nicole Lippert

LCSW
Masters Social Worker License Clinical

Nicole understands every person’s journey through life is uniquely their own. While our paths
may differ, we all share a deep human need for connection, safety, and a sense of purpose.
Sometimes, the very parts of us which once helped us survive, connect, or feel safe can begin
to feel like barriers—leaving us conflicted, overwhelmed, or disconnected from who we truly are.
With over 25 years of experience working with children, parents, and educators, Nicole brings a
compassionate and grounded presence to her work. She is dedicated to creating a space where
individuals of all ages can feel both emotionally and physically safe—a foundation she believes
is essential for healing, growth, and rediscovering one’s best sense of self.
Drawing from mindfulness practices, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior
Therapy (DBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS), Nicole offers a thoughtful, integrative
approach to wellness. Her greatest passion lies in supporting children as they learn to navigate
their emotions and build a strong, healthy sense of identity.
Beyond her professional life, Nicole is a wife, mother, and proud grandmother. She deeply
values family and connection, and in her free time, she loves spending time outdoors, reading,
traveling, and—most of all—making meaningful memories with the people she loves.
